Similar to a mortgage valuation report, basic with details of urgent / significant defects (includes market value and insurance valuation - ideal for probate, divorce, etc) More in depth survey covering all external and internal visible elements of the property. This report replaces the RICS Homebuyer Survey and Valuation and includes a traffic light indicator to show how urgent or significant defects are. More suited to the older or much extended property. Provides more detail than the Homebuyer Report and advice how to rectify the problems identified.
